What to include
About an order
Quote the order number from your confirmation email and the address you used to place it. That is usually enough to settle it in one reply.
Asking for a cutting
Name the cloth and the colourway. If you are choosing between two, say so and we will send both.
A fault or damage
Attach a photograph, and for transit damage photograph the outer packaging before unwrapping further.
Contract and certificates
Tell us the job and which cloth you are specifying, and we will send the flammability certificates for Kiln Natte or Cinder Chenille.
Returns
Do not post anything back to the address below without writing to us first. Email us and we will send the correct return address and a reference number to mark on the parcel; unreferenced parcels are slow to match to an order and slow to refund.
